Welcome to EMILY-STUDIO-ORTA.COM website. By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them you may not use this website and should leave it immediately.

1. Order Confirmation

By accepting these terms and conditions, upon confirmation of the customer’s order, a written and binding agreement is entered between the customer and Emily ORTA. Once an order is completed on EMILY-STUDIO-ORTA.COM the customer will automatically receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card. In case of errors or out of stock, we reserve the right not to send the product to the customer, and thereby cancel the order.

2. Payment Methods

We accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. EMILY ORTA does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.

All prices are shown in the currencies of EUR. For EU-based customers include the French VAT. Prices are shipping excluded. EMILY ORTA reserves the right to change prices at any time.

The price displayed to you at the checkout is the price you pay. This will not vary later whatever currency fluctuations occur. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.

3. Local Levies/Taxes & Duties

Local charges (customs duty, sales tax, etc.) can occur depending on the customer’s region and local customs legislation. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

4. Returns

The customer may cancel her/his purchase by giving unambiguous notice within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. The cancellation deadline is met if the customer sends the notification before the 14-day period. The item must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of dispatch. The product must, preferably, be returned in its original packaging. We offer a return service that is subject to a cost of the customer that varies depending on the starting point of return. EMILY ORTA will reject all returns that do not meet the above requirements. The total amount is refunded and no later than 14 days from receipt. EMILY ORTA will withhold the refund until the item has been received. If the customer wishes to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once EMILY ORTA receives the returned product, the items(s) are refunded. An item can be returned, regardless of its use. The customer, however, is liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to other handling than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product. If the customer has handled the product differently than what is necessary to test the product in a general way and the value of the product, as a result, is deteriorated, EMILY-STUDIO-ORTA.COM will deduct an amount corresponding to the impairment.

For international returns, please note clearly on any export documentation and on the address label that the goods enclosed are returned goods. This will ensure that duties or taxes are not re-charged upon receiving the goods back.  If this procedure is not followed, this cost may be passed on to the customer at the company’s discretion.

5. Warranty & Repairs

All products from NIKO JUNE come with a 2-year production warranty. This warranty includes faults in the material, workmanship and other production related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal usage. The deadline expires on the day of receipt of the goods. In determining a claimable defect in the product(s), the customer must notify it within a reasonable period of time from the date on which the defect was detected or should be discovered. Anything within 1 months of this day will always be within a reasonable time. If the claim is justified, the customer will be refunded reasonable costs for shipping the item. 6. Shipping

Our shipping partner LA POSTE handles all outbound shipments. Deliveries will be carried out by LA POSTE or FEDEX for domestic and for international orders. All orders are insured, and Track & Trace information is provided via SMS and/or email upon dispatch.

Please no some items are made to order and hand crafted specifically to you. The process time of your order may vary depending the status of the product. The production and lead time is 2 – 4 weeks. If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 1-5 business days and 2-12 days for orders out of Europe. EMILY ORTA accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. Please use our shipping times as a guide. Some countries may experience extended shipping times due to exceptional shipping requirements. Shipping costs will be added at the checkout and may vary from country to country and calculated based on product weight and shape. EMILY ORTA reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items.

7. Damaged Goods

Please check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item do not remove any labels, do not try it on. Please email us at EMILY-STUDIO-ORTA.COM stating your order number and the nature of the fault, and where possible, please accompany with photos highlighting the damage.

8. Privacy
Your data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality to manage our business activity. The data will be kept until the deletion is requested to us, or established by a legal provision. EMILY ORTA is legitimated to dispose of your data because it is necessary to provide the requested services or by the constant that has been given in the different contact forms of the Site. EMILY ORTA treats customer information with the utmost respect and integrity. Personal Data is information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. Such Personal Data may include your name, address, email address, telephone number.
